Guarantee / Return Policy
We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not charge any restocking fees and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping Worldwide
- We offer free shipping worldwide for order over $39.
- For order value below or at $39, shipping rate is fixed and applies to a complete order and not to each item ordered. For example, if you order five letters, your total shipping charge will just equal to an order with one letter, being only $2.95 (normal postal service worldwide.)
- Your order will ship within one business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday, it will ship on Monday. Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we ship Monday through Friday.
- In the unlikely event we are out of stock on an Emblem you want, we will notify you at once, and of course we will not charge your card.
- If you have a special shipping need, contact us by e-mail and we'll try to take care of it for you.
- We ship using normal postal mail. Delivery takes 3-5 days depending on your location.

We process Internet orders using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) the standard for providing secure Internet transactions. Your credit card will be processed through Paypal.
